REFUNDS AND ENTRY TRANSFERS

At Sublime Timing, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for all our participants. We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as injuries or changes in plans, may affect your ability to race, and we are here to support you every step of the way.





REFUNDS

If for any reason you're unable to participate, we offer a full refund (less payment transaction fees) up to one month before the event date. Simply email us at info@sublimetiming.com, and we’ll be happy to process your refund quickly and efficiently. We want to ensure you have peace of mind as you make your race plans.

While we are unable to offer refunds after this point, you can still transfer your place to another participant.

TRANSFERS

You have the option to transfer your entry to another participant up to one week before the event. So, if your plans change during the final month leading up to the race, you can still pass your entry along to someone else. It’s a fantastic way to let another person enjoy the event if you can’t make it. For step-by-step instructions on how to transfer your entry, please click here.
